Did you know that RCI has a strict resort registration and inspection program to ensure that properties in its network comply with its high service standards and offer guests quality vacation experiences? It will only affiliate resorts that satisfy its room and amenity requirements, and by using constant monitoring and feedback received through a Comment Card program and member reviews, it is able to determine that standards are being met to the satisfaction of resort guests.

Resorts that fall below the RCI standard are placed in the Resort Quality Improvement Program and must present an action plan and take the necessary steps to improve accommodation, services and guest satisfaction.

Many resorts exceed RCI’s high quality standards and the Affiliated Resort Recognition Program honors them with three awards: RCI Gold Crown, RCI Silver Crown and RCI Hospitality. All Royal Resorts have been awarded the prestigious RCI Gold Crown
