Grand Residences wins Wine Spectator award

In a new accolade for Grand Residences, the latest luxury resort in the Royal Resorts collection, its signature restaurant El Faro Grill has made it into the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine list of top restaurants for 2017.

Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards honor restaurants with outstanding wine lists that offer carefully chosen wine selections to go with their cuisine and with something to appeal to all discerning wine lovers. This year, the Wine Spectator list showcases restaurants from every state in the United States and 75 countries around the world for their passion for wine. El Faro received the Award of Excellence for its extensive wine list Available for diners to browse on a tablet, it features 200 wine selections from some of the finest vineyards in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Mexico, California, Chile and Argentina and a wine cellar of 2,000 bottles. Wine Spectator critics judged its particular strengths to be Mexico, Burgundy and Bordeaux.

Wine lovers will find classic favorites side by side with wines from small, family-owned vineyards in up-and-coming wine regions such as Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California.
