If you are staying with us this November, join us to try some of the delicious menu specials and traditional Mexican dishes that are part of our Culinary Experiences by Royal Resorts Festival. Take a look at the unforgettable dining moments that we have lined up for you at all our resorts and restaurants.

Buenos días, start the day with a great breakfast!
All our resort restaurants will be serving a different daily special. The line up includes:
Monday: Muesli with Coconut and Fruit
Tuesday: Mexican-style egg white Omelet
Wednesday: Potato, Spinach, Mushroom and Panela Cheese Omelet
Thursday: Cheese & Bean Empanadas with Chili-avocado sauce
Friday: Chicken Enmoladas
Saturday: Nutella Crepes
Sunday: Egg and Chorizo Molletes (Mexican-style toasted baguette)
Seasonal bread and pastries served every day.

Pool deck, Phase 1
Tuck into tasty Mexican and international street food dishes for lunch, served between 12 to 5 p.m.
Monday: Machetes. Giant quesadillas with chicken, pork or chicharrón (pork rind) and Giant Empanadas
Tuesday: Ceviches & Tlayudas
Wednesday: Taquiza & Giant Quesadillas

La Veranda
November 26 Thanksgiving Buffet

Hacienda Sisal
Open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. In addition to the a la carte menu, try these November specials.
Monday, Thursday & Sunday: Molcajete Sisal. The volcanic stone molcajete filled to the brim with grilled chicken, pork and skirt steak, nopales cactus pads, cheese, spring onions, green sauce and refried beans. There’s enough for two people and you can have your own taco party!
Thursday: Roast Turkey with Mashed Pumpkin
Wednesday & Saturday: New York Steak

El Conquistador
El Conquistador has a brand-new menu full of show-stopping dishes for diners to try. The November special is Conquistador Pasta.
Open Sunday to Friday from 5:30 p.m., live music by Jorge Durán.

Captain’s Cove
Open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
November specials: Lobster Roll (includes one glass of wine or beer)

Tuesday & Thursday: Steak Night (soup and salad included). Live music from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Monday: Chamorros & Adobo-style Dishes. Pork hocks marinated in adobo spice mix and slow-cooked in a stone oven, served with all the traditional garnishes, salsa and tortillas.
Wednesday: Tacos de Cazuela. Make your own tacos with a selection of tasty stewed fillings cooked in clay casserole dishes.
Friday: Burger & Hot Dog Festival

Saturday: Mexican Night. Enjoy a delicious spread of Mexican dishes including tamales, chicken in mole sauce, cochinita pibil, Mexican antojitos, quesadillas to order, Mexican desserts and much more.

Sol & Luna Grills
Mouthwatering lunch specials to enjoy poolside during the week. Luna Grill 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sol Grill 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday: Tacos al pastor. Marinated shawarma-style pork shavings with pineapple, onion and coriander.
Wednesday: Ceviche. The fresh flavors of the Mexican Caribbean
Friday: Grilled mezcal-style chicken
