Bill Caswell has joined the executive team at Royal Resorts to lead sales efforts and the newly introduced Royal Resorts Signature Club. With more than 25 years of experience, Caswell brings together a unique blend of business expertise from his varied management career including hospitality management, consumer sales psychology, sales and marketing operations and financial management. |

Prior to joining Royal Resorts, Caswell served as Vice President of Client Services for Generator Systems. Before that, he spent 10 years leading sales operations at Shell Vacations, LLC. Caswell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in recreation with an emphasis in travel and tourism from California State University in Long Beach in addition to a hospitality management certificate from Cornell University. |

Simon Crawford-Welch has joined Royal Resorts as Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing efforts for the company’s vacation ownership division. He also oversees the new Grand Residences division, which launched on December 7, 2013. |

Originally from Venice Beach, California, Sean White loves the ocean and the lifestyle it provides. As General Sales Director, White will use his 13 years of experience in the timeshare industry to successfully manage the sales line. Prior to joining the Royal Resorts team, White spent eight years as Sales Director for Shell Vacations Club in Hawaii. |
