Miamare, now open for dinner at The Royal Sands

Offering gourmet wood-fired pizzas and a mixology menu full of the flavors of a Mediterranean summer, Miamare, the latest eatery at The Royal Sands, opens for dinner on July 5.

The dinner menu features classics such as pepperoni and mozzarella, Italian sausage, prosciutto, salami and pepperoni and the boscaiola, full of the flavors of mixed wild mushrooms. Or choose delicious combinations such as goat cheese, apple, prosciutto and arugula drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction, blackened shrimp and octopus with burrata and baby spinach or Caribbean lobster and mushrooms with a dash of garlic and pesto. There are also Turkish pide flatbreads topped with smoked salmon or beef to enjoy.

There’s nothing better for a Caribbean evening than a spritzer made with prosecco, Aperol, elderflower liqueur or limoncello for a taste of la dolce vita. If you prefer your martini shaken not stirred, you’ll find the 007 classic, and other choices from the mixology menu include a sangria cocktail, sidecar, or wines.

During your next The Royal Sands vacation, be sure to enjoy dinner at Miamare. Open from 6 to 9:30 p.m., (closed Saturdays). Order pizza by the slice for lunch from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Ask about Miamare Art & Dine, a fun event with painting, pizza and wine on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. Reservations required.
