Sunday Night is Mediterranean Night at La Palapa del Sol in The Royal Haciendas, offering a buffet full of vibrant flavors and dishes from Greece, France, Spain and Italy. Mediterranean Night takes the place of Asian Night, which has moved to Thursday evenings. For more sun-splashed flavors during the week, Viva Italia on Wednesdays is a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine. The buffet includes a variety of classic pasta, meat and seafood dishes, pizzas and desserts. Diners can also request their pasta cooked to order, choosing ingredients and sauce from the Make your Own Pasta selection.
