Some departments are tirelessly looking after the needs of members and employees by phone or email while others are planning new activities and vacation experiences for you.
Dining is an important part of your Royal Resorts vacation and our team of talented chefs is taking advantage of this slowdown to redesign menus and dream up delicious dishes, theme nights and menu specials for all our restaurants in Cancun and at The Royal Haciendas.
Other colleagues are busy creating content for our social media community or websites. Many of our line staff are taking training courses online and even brushing up on their English skills in daily video classes with the teacher. Then there are our security guards who continue to patrol the resorts and maintenance teams who are on call to carry out essential repairs on a roster system. They are taking every precaution as they go about their work.
