Tell the world about Royal Resorts

Wouldn’t you like to see your resort as No. 1 on Trip Advisor? You can help it reach the top spot by posting a review of your Royal Resorts vacation experience on Trip Advisor. Tell the world about your resort, the meals and activities you enjoyed and about the employees who looked after you during your stay.

You can include your review in the direct Trip Advisor link in the Royal Resorts guest satisfaction survey you receive via email a few days after your departure. Alternatively, you can visit www.tripadvisor.com to write your review.

You can also use the Guudjob app to post reviews of the employees that look after you during your stay. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Log on and search for the Royal Resorts logo and the person’s profile. Alternatively, visit www.guudjob.com to write your review.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated at Royal Resorts and helps us improve the vacation experience for all our members and guests. By analyzing the reviews members and guests post on Trip Advisor and Guudjob we can identify areas where there is room for improvement and extra training. Reviews that mention employees by name also provide additional information on job performance that is incorporated in regular evaluations for the internal employee recognition program.
