Royal Resorts would like to inform you that the online survey on The Royal Mayan is now closed and the time period for responding has expired. We would like to thank the members at The Royal Mayan, The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Islander for their participation.
So the survey is closed…how long was it opened, how many people did you actually contact and how many where able to reply in the short time frame? Will you post the results for ALL to read?.

I read your earlier comment on the Members Message Board and I was sorry to hear that you did not receive the survey initially and that when it was emailed to you a second time you received a message indicating that it was closed. We do apologize for the inconvenience and annoyance that this has caused you.
I have forwarded your comments and query to the survey coordinators for follow up. As you were unable to take the survey, if you would like to send your views I would be happy to pass them to the Management and the Board so that they are taken into consideration.

I am sure there are a great many owners involved who would like to have the answer to that as well. We who own at the Mayan see our ownership coming to an end sooner that later and would like some concrete idea as to what the future holds. Can you forward these comments to ‘Management and the Board’ as well?

I own at all three resorts (7 weeks) and I was never contacted about the survey
