Every Monday starting at 12 noon, the chefs will be dishing up a hearty BBQ lunch to a traditional St. Louis recipe.

Come hungry, the brisket, chicken and ribs are delicious and you can also order a freshly made sandwich of juicy, flavorful brisket or pulled pork. Choose from a selection of classic BBQ sides, including coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni cheese, baked beans and pickles.

The BBQ sauces on offer range from the classic BBQ marinade and chipotle to vinegar, mezcal and Korean. For a Mexican touch of heat try the sautéed chilies.

The BBQ cooking method takes up to 12 hours of smoking and production is small scale to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

After your open-air BBQ relax on the terrace and enjoy a traditional country-style dessert, scrumptious fresh apple and red berry cobbler, classic pecan pie with a subtle hint of mezcal and smooth and creamy banana pudding.
