Perhaps there is a service we are not aware of. We are in mid 70’s, owners of VCI & RM, 3 wks, and have great difficulty with the long lines at the airport. We cannot stand for periods required. The airline personnel
Mexicana, Delta, Alaska, and others we have tried, anxious to “turn arround” their planes push passengers into the crowds and make little effort to accomodate Seniors or those with disabilities. And there is no effort to accomodate Seniors once in the “customs bull pen” Even the dreaded LAX provides wheelchairs for Seniors (with curteous service). You have lots of “senriors as owners” . Why not make them comfortable at the airport. We do use Thomas Moore for transfer to our villas.

Dear James & Sally: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. I have checked your query with Thomas More Travel and unfortunately airport security regulations prohibit them from meeting passengers in Immigration and Customs, both of which are restricted areas. However, they do have the following recommendations for senior members and guests who may have difficulty with walking or standing for long periods or physically challenged visitors, always notify your airline when booking tickets that you may need a wheelchair or assistance in the airport. The airline and airport ground staff should be on hand to help you and escort you to the Thomas More booth or the area where you will board your van.
The Thomas More Travel representative waiting to greet passengers bound for Royal Resorts will assist you and give you priority for boarding the vehicle.
When making your airport transfer reservation with Thomas More Travel please mention if you have or need a wheelchair. Special vans with ramps are available to take wheelchairs for passengers who are unable to board the vans by themselves.
I also sent your comments to a colleague who is in contact with the Airport authorities and he will be taking it up with them.
I hope that this helps. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance and we look forward to seeing you soon.
