Coming soon, Tequila & Mezcal Dinner at Hacienda Sisal

Here’s something new and tasty to try on your next visit, a Tequila & Mezcal Dinner at Hacienda Sisal combining Mexico’s favorite tipples with traditional cuisine.

There will be a different tequila or mezcal to sip with each dish on the delicious five-course menu, the perfect pairing indeed.

Dishes will include a shrimp aguachile appetizer, followed by arrachera steak tacos, both served with a different tequila. Cochinita pibil sopes are then served with mezcal and the main course is salmon a l’orange with an añejo tequila. For dessert, almond cake and brownie and tequila cream liqueur are a heavenly combination.

By the end of the evening, diners will have learned about the origin, history and techniques of tequila and mezcal distillation. They will have sampled both and will be able to tell the different between tequila blanco, reposado and añejado!

Reservations will be required for the Hacienda Sisal tequila and mezcal dinner. Price $950 pesos, tax included, 50% off for guests with the REFINE All-Inclusive package.  Friday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This dinner can also be booked for groups of between eight and 20 people (prior reservation).
