Caribbean Cocktail Trilogy

If you are missing those Royal Resorts afternoons on the pool deck sipping your favorite drink and gazing out over the Caribbean, these summertime cocktail recipes courtesy of our bartenders may help. As you serve them for a BBQ or Friday evening happy hour in the garden, we hope they put you in the mood for your next Royal Resorts vacation and that you’ll be back soon.

Cool Islander
¾ oz Brandy
¾ oz Grand Marnier
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
¼ oz peach liqueur
Blend and serve.

Cancun Tropical
½ oz gin
½ oz tequila
½ oz white rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
¼ oz grenadine
Blend and serve.

Weeping Willow
1/2 oz Cuervo Tequila
1/2 oz 1912 Tequila Cream liqueur
1/2 oz Kahlua
Dash of chocolate sauce
1 oz Coconut cream
1 1/2 oz Carnation evaporated milk
Blend and serve.
