Are you interested in serving on the Advisory Council?

Are you interested in representing the interests of your fellow members on the Advisory Council of your resort?

As an Advisory Council member, responsibilities include the review of financial statements for the current year’s operations at the club, all reports presented by the Resort Management relating to the maintenance and operation of the club, the projected budgets for the following year and proposed Club Service Fees to be paid per interval based upon the reviewed budget for the club. They also study maintenance and fixed assets programs, proposals for new services and amenities, cost-efficiency projects and guest satisfaction survey results among others.

In their capacity as representatives of the membership, Advisory Council members raise concerns voiced by members and follow up on their queries with Management. They attend an annual meeting in Cancun in October.

When you are ready to proceed, please fill in the Advisory Council application form (PDF document) and email it to Gina Lopez glopez@royalresorts.com with a copy of your résumé and a cover letter stating why you would like to stand for the Advisory Council of your resort.

Applications must be received by July 31 to be considered for this year.
