The menu showcases recipes from China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand and you\u2019ll always find a new dish to try or classics that you order time and time again.<\/p>\n<p>Choose your favorite maki, roll, nigiri or sashimi from the sushi menu or some of the tasty appetizers to share. Options include spring rolls or pork belly bao, edamame beans saut\u00e9ed with fresh ginger, salt and lime, chicken siu may, tempura shrimp, Vietnamese rolls with sweet chili sauce or san choy bow with grilled tofu. There are vibrant Thai-inspired som-tam and crab salads. For those in the mood for noodles, opt for vegetable chow mein or pad Thai, which you can combine with chicken, shrimp or tofu.<\/p>\n<p>Main courses include donburi wok, a seafood dish with basil, garlic and krapow sauce, beef, broccoli and spring onion stir-fried in oyster sauce, chicken in orange sauce and sweet and sour pork. The glazed salmon and catch of the day in fruit curry sauce are also delicious. The mixed teppanyaki is a medley of salmon, chicken, beef and shrimp with vegetables and yakimeshi rice and includes tom kha gai chicken and coconut milk soup.<\/p>\n<p>Order one of the chef\u2019s specials in the Premium Options section of the menu, which includes showstoppers such as lobster kung pao, lamb chop with massaman curry sauce, beef medallion in bankai sauce, rib-eye in teriyaki sauce or Asian-inspired surf and turf. All these premium options are served with tom kha gai soup or chef\u2019s salad as a starter.<\/p>\n<p>Side dishes range from tempura vegetables to gohan or yakimeshi fried rice.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to save space for dessert, the signature chocolate, orange and caramelized ginger cake, chocolate and mandarin orange cake, tempura ice cream or Japanese-style cheesecake are some of the tempting options.<\/p>\n<p>Kinoko has a signature mixology menu for diners to try and it also features sake, Japanese whisky and beer.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy the showmanship and flavors of teppanyaki, be sure to book a table for Teppanyaki Night (sittings: 5,7 and 9 p.m.).
