\u2022 150g shrimp
\n\u2022 150g scallops
\n\u2022 150g fish (diced)
\n\u2022 100g tomato
\n\u2022 50g onion, white or red
\n\u2022 15g coriander
\n\u2022 200ml lime juice
\n\u2022 Salt and pepper
\n\u2022 200g avocado<\/p>\n
Marinate the seafood in lime juice, salt and pepper. Chop up the tomato, onion and coriander. Dice the avocado and mix all the ingredients. Check the seasoning and serve in bowls. You can garnish it with sprigs of coriander, thinly sliced radish, watermelon or beets and drizzle with a dash of garlic oil.
