We hope that you enjoy it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lobster Kung Pao<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75ml water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8g cornflour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120ml white wine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80ml soy sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30g sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10oz lobster<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40g red bell pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20g green bell pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15g celery<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20g spring onions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2g dried red chili (chili de arbol)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2g salted peanuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caramelize the sugar and add the white wine until it reduces by half, add the soy sauce and thicken with cornflour dissolved in water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lobster<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marinate the lobster tail for two hours before cooking in a blend of oil, garlic, and fresh ginger, make sure it is covered completely. Cook in hot water for at least 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Garnish<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut the bell peppers, onion and celery in diamond shapes and saut\u00e9e them with garlic and ginger before adding to the sauce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut the lobster into medallions and add the sauce to bring out the flavor. Place the vegetables in a bowl and then the fried lobster shell if you have it. Arrange the medallions in the shell and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with the dried chili and peanuts. Garnish with shoots and flowers.
