\n45ml lime juice
\n45ml passion fruit juice
\n2g fresh mint
\n2 sachets of sugar
\n45ml Antillano white rum
\n59.5ml sparkling water
\nPassion fruit foam
\nIce
\nLime slice to garnish<\/p>\n
Place ice in a glass and pour over passion fruit juice, add bruised mint leaves and sugar. Add the rum and lime juice and top with passion fruit foam. Garnish with a slice of lime.<\/p>\n
