Our operations and restaurant teams are advancing on other aspects of the project as far as possible.<br \/>\nExecutive Chef Juan Carlos Orozco is developing the menus for the resort\u2019s four signature restaurants: Palotinte (traditional Mexican cuisine),\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Miamare\u00ae<\/span> (Italian recipes), Os (International favorites) and Aora (Asian flavors).
