Every Monday starting at 12 noon<\/strong>, the chefs will be dishing up a hearty BBQ lunch to a traditional St. Louis recipe.<\/p>\n

Come hungry, the brisket, chicken and ribs are delicious and you can also order a freshly made sandwich of juicy, flavorful brisket or pulled pork. Choose from a selection of classic BBQ sides, including coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni cheese, baked beans and pickles.<\/p>\n

The BBQ sauces on offer range from the classic BBQ marinade and chipotle to vinegar, mezcal and Korean. For a Mexican touch of heat try the saut\u00e9ed chilies.<\/p>\n

The BBQ cooking method takes up to 12 hours of smoking and production is small scale to ensure maximum freshness and quality.<\/p>\n

After your open-air BBQ relax on the terrace and enjoy a traditional country-style dessert, scrumptious fresh apple and red berry cobbler, classic pecan pie with a subtle hint of mezcal and smooth and creamy banana pudding.<\/p>\n
