\nOriginally from Le Mans in France, Chef Cozic trained at the famous \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Cuisine Fran\u00e7aise Ferrandi in Paris. He first came out to Mexico for his best friend\u2019s wedding in 2004 and instantly fell in love with the land and the people. The following year he left France and traveled to Mexico City in search of work. He was recruited by Au Pied de Cochon, a famous French restaurant in one of the city\u2019s leading hotels, starting as Sous Chef and working his way up to become Executive Chef.
\nChef Cozic\u2019s cuisine at Grand Residences is inspired by the fresh and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean and the classics of his homeland with a contemporary twist.
