They\u2019ll also be going to two local hospitals: the Cancun General Hospital and an IMSS clinic where they will spend time with people watching over their loved ones who are patients, and making their wait more comfortable with gifts of blankets and slippers.<br \/>\nIf you are staying at one of the Royal Resorts and would like to participate in the Giving Tuesday campaign, here is what you can give:<\/p>\n<p>How can you help?<br \/>\n\u2022 Donate clothing (new or in good condition)<br \/>\n\u2022 Blankets and slippers<br \/>\n\u2022 Groceries (canned foods, beans, rice, pasta and other packaged items, no perishable produce)<br \/>\n\u2022 Cookies<br \/>\n\u2022 Toys for the children at the shelter<\/p>\n<p>Collection point: Reception in your resort, please ask for the Guest Services or Operations Manager<br \/>\nIf you are interested in volunteering to help on Giving Day contact ssondon@royalresorts.com Ext. 65705 for more information.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not in Cancun and would still like to support the campaign, why not make a donation to the Royal Resorts Foundation online at www.royalresortsfoundation.org<\/p>\n<p>Now a global movement, #Giving Tuesday is a day for giving back to the community and reaching out to people battling illness, poverty and other social problems.
