Our latest development, Grand Residences by Royal Resorts\u00ae picked up two Perspective Magazine awards: Best Fractional Resort in Latin America and Best Fractional Resort Worldwide, beating a field of top competitors.<br \/>\nOrganized by Perspective Magazine, the annual GNEX Conference (Global Networking Expo) brings together leaders from the fields of vacation ownership, real estate and the hospitality industry and its prestigious awards honor outstanding properties or individuals.
