For the convenience of Royal Resorts members, Interval Servicing Co. (ISCO) is offering a new online escrow service called Easy CSF that will enable you to make deposits towards your annual Club Service Fee.<\/p>\n
Using the new Escrow Service will help you plan your payments during the year and take the strain off your finances instead of having to pay one lump sum. It is quick and easy to use. Enrollment in the program is free and you decide how much you would like to deposit in each installment and the frequency of the deposits. A US$2 non-refundable service fee is charged for each escrow deposit.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s your choice and you have control over the amount you deposit and the timing. If you would like to make a change, put the deposits on hold or even cancel the agreement you may do so, providing the request is made no later than 30 days prior to your billing date for the Club Service Fee.<\/p>\n
In the event that you cancel the Escrow Service, you will receive a refund for all the deposits you have already made, with the exception of the non-refundable service fee charged for each deposit.<\/p>\n
If the escrow deposits you make exceed your annual Club Service Fee, Interval Servicing Co. will pay the membership company the corresponding amount to cover the Club Service Fee bill and refund the difference to you through the bank account used to process the payments.<\/p>\n
Only deposits via ACH (Automated Clearing House) are eligible for the escrow service. They must be processed through a US bank account. ACH transactions are automatic charges deducted from your checking or savings account.<\/p>\n
You must be a member in good standing and current with all your financial obligations to the resort in order to enroll and use the Interval Servicing Escrow Service.<\/p>\n
The escrow service is only available to members residing in the United States and who have a US bank account.<\/p>\n
If you own multiple weeks and would like to use the Escrow Service you must enter into one agreement per membership.<\/p>\n
This new service is for members with weeks at Royal Resorts in Canc\u00fan and the Riviera Maya, Mexico; it is not available for the Resorts on St. Maarten, Cura\u00e7ao and Aruba at this time.<\/p>\n
