The bridge will span Bojorquez Lagoon, which is part of the larger Nichupte Lagoon system, from Kilometer 7 to Kilometer 9 on Kukulcan Boulevard, providing an alternative route for vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Construction of the bridge will begin in 2016 and the project is slated for completion in 2017.
