It applies for company-controlled villas and the units that members deposit\u00a0in our rental program.<\/p>\n<p>As our top priority, members will always have a more favorable minimum length of stay with fewer days than non-member renters.<\/p>\n<p>Length-of-stay minimums are industry practice and vary from season to season and are based on market demand for rental units.
