Grand Residences has started 2015 in style by reaching another Trip Advisor milestone. Due to the excellent reviews received from owners and guests it has climbed further through the rankings and is now the No. 1 hotel in the Yucatan Peninsula out of 876 hotels. It is has been the No. 1 hotel in the Riviera Maya and Puerto Morelos since the summer of 2014.<\/p>\n

Our family enjoyed a memorable and comfortable vacation at Grand Residences. Since it has now been open for just about a year now, everything still seems quite new. We observed that the staff and housekeeping goes the extra mile to keep everything from the bedrooms to the hallways to the activity rooms super clean.<\/p>\n

We were quite impressed and fortunate to have such a great and friendly staff help us and interact with us throughout the eight days we were there. Guillermo, our concierge, was extremely sincere and knowledgeable with anything you can think of. He recommended a complimentary afternoon teatime activity for our family where the staff went over and beyond in preparing multiple teas to choose from and tea sandwiches and pastries and desserts were fantastic.<\/p>\n

Alexander provided consistent and pleasant service while we dined at their restaurant El Faro. Currently, they have only one restaurant open, but practically each dish was skillfully prepared and tasted wonderfully. The pastry chef deserves a special mention as the desserts we had, and we had many, were absolutely fantastic! As a fellow pastry chef, I\u2019m beyond impressed with the quality, selection and presentation of various types of classic French desserts.<\/p>\n

At the activities center, Julio was superb and demonstrated artistic and friendly help to our pottery activities! (I definitely recommend stopping by!) \u200eSantos and John were always smiling and extremely friendly at the lobby bar whenever our family had a craving for a latte! The housekeeping staff from the morning crew to the turndown service kept our suite absolutely spotless and clean.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately it was time to leave Grand Residences as we had to meet up with other family members. Let\u2019s just say, we wished we had never left Grand Residences and we continued to reminisce over the quality of service, the genuine friendliness of the staff\u200e and the food and many (complimentary!) activities they offer on site. We highly recommend Grand Residences and we look forward to returning!<\/p>\n

We spent one week at the Grand Residences for our honeymoon, we were seeking relaxation, a little bit of sightseeing and a nice place to stay with good food.\u2028 I got to say that our experience at Grand Residences was beyond nice or good, it was AMAZING. The staff is extremely hospitable; they know exactly what to do to make your stay more and more enjoyable each moment. They would pamper you in every way and please you with anything you ask for.<\/p>\n

The food is awesome, everywhere, from the casual Heaven beach club, to the elegant and high quality dishes at El Faro restaurant.<\/p>\n

The rooms are incredibly functional and\u00a0nicely decorated. For a couple or for a family, they have all the amenities anyone could ask for, an incredible kitchen with everything you need and the most important thing: you will rest and have an amazing sleep in the awesome huge rooms and delicious beds.<\/p>\n

You will never get tired of the incredible Caribbean sea views. You will never get bored because everyday there is a list of activities that you can do. \u2028\u2028For the ones that want to have the whole relaxing experience, the SPA is top- notch. You will have a pretty big list of treatments to choose from. Believe me you will go out wanting more!<\/p>\n
