This is part of Royal Resorts\u2019 ongoing campaign to use technology instead of paper wherever possible, thus helping to protect the planet, optimize costs and improve the check out service we offer members and guests. By using the online survey, we will also be able to follow up on your comments or complaints more quickly and effectively.<br \/>\nStarting this month, the Guest Satisfaction Survey is being sent to departing members and guests via e-mail. They will click on the link to the online survey, complete the form and press \u201csend\u201d and their name will automatically be entered in the draw to win a week\u2019s stay at Royal Resorts.<br \/>\nWe would ask all members to take a moment during their vacation to confirm with Reception staff that the email address we have on record for them is correct.
