\nAmong the food celebrities participating are Mexican chefs Martha Ortiz and Patricia Quintana, who will be honored with a gala dinner on the theme Divas of Mexican Cuisine. Other star chefs include Eneko Atxa, Joan Roca, Juan Mari Arzak, Mikel Alonso, Bruno Oteiza, Aquiles Chavez, Yerika Mu\u00f1oz, Carmen Ramirez (Titita) and Maria Teresa Ramirez Degollado and more will confirm their participation in the months to come.
\nIn addition to showcasing Mexican cuisine, the Festival will also pay tribute to the contribution of Spain and France to the culinary tradition of the Americas. The wine tastings will feature champagne and wines from Baja California and, Spain.
\nThe Festival founder and president is David Amar, a longtime Royal Resorts member who has a passion for Mexico and its rich heritage.
