{"id":51430,"date":"2016-11-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/royalresorts.com\/blog\/another-school-year-starts-for-our-scholarship-students-at-the-mano-amiga-college\/"},"modified":"2021-11-30T14:16:51","modified_gmt":"2021-11-30T14:16:51","slug":"another-school-year-starts-for-our-scholarship-students-at-the-mano-amiga-college","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.royalresorts.com\/blog\/social-cause\/another-school-year-starts-for-our-scholarship-students-at-the-mano-amiga-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Another school year starts for our scholarship students at the Mano Amiga College"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The Royal Resorts Foundation promotes children\u2019s education as one of its community causes and helps pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds with grants to enable them to study.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the Dollar a Stay campaign at the resorts and the generous donations of members, guests and employees, we are able to give scholarships to 51 children studying at the Colegio Mano Amiga in Ciudad de la Alegr\u00eda in Cancun.<\/p>\n<p>We thought you\u2019d like to see some of the most recent graduates from the Mano Amiga School<strong>.<\/strong> This group of 27 happy, smiling five and six-year-olds had just finished school for the summer break when they recorded <strong><u>this video <\/u><\/strong>to say thank you for the support they receive from the Royal Resorts Foundation.
