These awards put Grand Residences well and truly on the world stage, showcasing its beautiful Puerto Morelos beach setting, the luxury and size of the 123 ocean-view units and the stellar array of amenities, benefits and experiences that will be offered to owners.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Perspective Magazine awards follow previous accolades for Grand Residences, including the property\u2019s affiliation with The Leading Hotels of the World\u00ae in 2011.<br \/>\nFounded in 1928 and with its headquarters in New York, The Leading Hotels of the World is the largest luxury hospitality collection of its kind, representing more than 450 of the world\u2019s finest hotels, resorts and spas in 80 countries.
