Easily identified by the strip of indigo blue water, this abyss is known as the Cozumel Channel.<br \/>\n   The lagoons along the Quintana Roo coast offer a different challenge \u2013 they are rich in bone fish such as tarpon and snook and attract fly fishermen from all over the world.<br \/>\n   Local marinas adhere to the catch and release policy to help conserve fish stocks, but for most fishermen the thrill of the chase is all.
