Although construction is currently suspended at Royal Uno® All Inclusive Resort & Spa due to the Federal Government national health emergency declaration, work continues in home office. Our operations and restaurant teams are advancing on other aspects of the project as far as possible.
Executive Chef Juan Carlos Orozco is developing the menus for the resort’s four signature restaurants: Palotinte (traditional Mexican cuisine), Miamare® (Italian recipes), Os (International favorites) and Aora (Asian flavors). The Royal Resorts activities team has already created a program of daily activities for adults and teens and for the Kids Club with something for all ages and evening entertainment too.
Furniture and amenities are being selected, the uniforms have been chosen for different departments and a Guest Service App is in development.
