New activities to try
Call in at the Activity Center on your next visit or check the activity program in the Royal Resorts app for details of new activities for adults and children.
For adults, the new sessions range from pickleball to archery; you can also brush up on your Spanish or dance steps, go for a nature walk or a bike ride. Start the day with yoga and sign up for the tennis clinic, kayak or snorkeling tour. In the evening, in addition to theme nights at La Palapa del Sol, the entertainment includes live music, karaoke, Latin dance night, casino night, movie nights, bingo and a world quiz in La Rotonda Bar.
Teens can join in some of the activities in the adult activity program and they have their own activities too such as pool volleyball and video games.
There’s plenty of fun in store for the little ones too at the Kids Club where new activities include making pinwheels, let’s be detectives, children’s yoga, water polo, art sessions and drawing contests in the Aqua Park palapa, piñata decorating in preparation for the piñata party and more.
Los Murales open daily
Great news, starting on March 6, Los Murales will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for an evening of fine dining, live music and art. Reservations required.
La Palapa del Sol
Building work is underway in one area of the restaurant to add a show kitchen which will offer new dining options for members and guests. Additionally, the expanded kitchen facilities will help staff improve pool and beach service.
The seaweed barrier has been installed across the bay in front of the resort in preparation for the spring and summer season.
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, the Royal Market has some exciting new services at The Royal Haciendas store, check out the Fresco line of freshly made guacamole, salsas, salads and sandwiches or order fresh meat if you plan to cook in your villa.
