He aqu\u00ed una receta cl\u00e1sica de mariscos que por mucho tiempo ha sido una de las favoritas en el restaurante El Conquistador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorpresa de Mariscos con Hongos Portobello<\/strong><br \/>\nLas cantidades son por persona.<br \/>\n50g crema<br \/>\n100g hongo Portobello (uno por persona)\u2028<br \/>\n55g camar\u00f3n<br \/>\n41g callo de hacha<br \/>\nLangosta en trozos<br \/>\n30g mantequilla clarificada<br \/>\n15g cebolla blanca picada<br \/>\n22g champi\u00f1ones blancos<br \/>\nSal y pimienta<br \/>\n10g almendra molida\u2028<br \/>\n3 cucharadas de vino blanco\u2028<br \/>\n80g espinaca al vapor\u2028<br \/>\n20g tomates cherry\u2028<br \/>\n48g esp\u00e1rragos<\/p>\n<p>Limpiar los hongos Portobello, partir a la mitad y asar con un poco de mantequilla, sal y pimienta. Fre\u00edr la cebolla en mantequilla, a\u00f1adir el camar\u00f3n, el callo de hacha, langosta y los champi\u00f1ones picados y saltear hasta que los mariscos est\u00e9n cocidos. A\u00f1adir los crotones, almendra molida y vino blanco. Sazonar al gusto. Arreglar en un plato una cama de espinacas y coloque encima una mitad del hongo Portobello, a\u00f1adir le mezcla de mariscos y roci\u00e9 con crema, cubrir con la mitad restante del hongo.
