The two bedroom, two bath units are fully furnished, offering over 1,448 square feet of living space for up to six people. The American style kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a light snack or create a gourmet meal.

While in Cancún you are invited to take a tour of our model villa at The Royal Sands. Please call 881-0100 and ask for the Membership department to arrange the visit.

The villa bedrooms have private terraces for sunning, entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views.
