Unlocking the Secrets of Island Cooking
Our poolside garden restaurant awaits you. This is the place for a hearty breakfast and the lunch menu features tasty appetizers, sandwiches and salads. Evening dishes have a seafood accent.

Open: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. The Cayo Largo Bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Theme Nights: Tuesday Poolside BBQ Cookout, Friday Shrimp Festival, A Pasta Bar is also available from Monday to Thursday.

The upper deck at Cayo Largo at The Royal Islander is home to a casual restaurant called Paco's Tacos. Decked out in festive Mexican colors and sporting traditional handmade furniture, Paco's Tacos offers tasty Tex-Mex and Mexican dishes, including tacos, chimichangas, burritos, fajitas and more.

Open: 12 noon – 10 p.m.

Perfect for a meal with family or friends, Tradewinds is casual dining at its best: a breathtaking ocean view and all the fragrances and flavors of warmer climes.

The bar at Captain's Cove is a perfect spot for cocktails at sunset and after-dinner drinks. The entertainment menu features live music and karaoke on different nights of the week. Bar snack menu.   The bar owes its name to a pair of crocodiles that are regular Captain's Cove visitors.
Pancho & Willy's and Captain's Cove are located at the Royal Yacht Club opposite The Royal Mayan.
