Our poolside garden restaurant awaits you. This is the place for a hearty breakfast and the lunch menu features tasty appetizers, sandwiches and salads. Evening dishes have a seafood accent, there is a pasta bar and lighter dinner dishes are also available.

You can also order your Tex-Mex favorites from Paco's Tacos on the second floor and eat downstairs or outside.

The upper deck at Cayo Largo is home to Paco's Tacos, our casual and colorful Tex-Mex restaurant. Satisfy your cravings for a crispy hard shell Tex-Mex taco, a burrito, chimichanga or your favorite fajitas. Of course, we also serve a variety of traditional Mexican tacos with soft corn and flour tortillas, guacamole, spicy salsas, tortilla soup and more.
