The REFINE All-Inclusive Package includes food and beverages in all the restaurants at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas, in addition to dining at the following signature restaurants: Captain’s Cove, Hacienda Sisal and El Conquistador, in Cancun and Los Murales at The Royal Haciendas in the Riviera Maya. Other features range from access to the fitness center, an upgraded supervised kids club, daily activities and non-motorized water sports to toiletries and turndown service, among others.
Our REFINE All-Inclusive Package is unique in that it gives you access to all-inclusive amenities, dining and activities at The Royal Haciendas if you are staying at The Royal Sands and are planning to spend the day in the Riviera Maya and vice versa if you are staying at The Royal Haciendas and wish to visit Cancun. Unlike other all-inclusive properties, you do not have to remain on the resort premises.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Dining
- Reservations are required for dining at Hacienda Sisal, Captain’s Cove and El Conquistador restaurants in Cancun and Los Murales at The Royal Haciendas and are subject to availability.
- Reservations are not required for meals and drinks in restaurants and bars at The Royal Sands or The Royal Haciendas, except for Hacienda Sisal and Los Murales. Seating is on a first come first served basis and is subject to availability.
- The following Premium dishes and drinks are not included in the REFINE All-Inclusive package but are available at additional cost:

- New Year’s Eve dinners and parties organized at the restaurants are not included. All-Inclusive guests may book them subject to availability and with an additional cost.

- Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service.
- For reasons of safety, management and staff reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests who are visibly impaired.
- Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be requested.
- Room Service Menu is available 24 hours and is located in the Resort Tips in your room.
- Guests will only be able to order Room Service to their own room and it will be available for the number of guests registered therein.
- Alcoholic drinks ordered through Room Service will be served by the glass and with food. An additional charge will be levied for bottles of liquor ordered to the room.
- The mini bar is stocked with beer, sodas and water and is replenished once a day.
- The Royal Roast Coffee Shop, The Royal Market Convenience Store and the Royal Express take out counters are not included in the REFINE All-Inclusive package.
- Coffee and Deli service is available in La Rotonda at The Royal Haciendas and La Veranda at The Royal Sands.
- Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change without prior notice.

POLICIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS PURCHASING THE REFINE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
- The REFINE All-Inclusive Package must be purchased for all guests staying in the unit.
- The REFINE All-Inclusive Package must be purchased for a minimum of 4 consecutive days. If you are staying for less than 4 days, it must be purchased for the duration of the stay. The purchase must be for consecutive days within the same week, in other words you may not distribute the four days throughout the total length of stay.
- If the REFINE All-Inclusive Package is purchased mid-stay, then it must be purchased through to the day of check-out.
- If Members acquire additional units for their guests through a rental but the guests are not staying in the same unit as the Member, the guests will have optional access to the REFINE All-Inclusive Package as long as the member is staying at the same resort during the same dates.
- Members will have a limit on the number of additional units they can rent for third parties without the REFINE All-Inclusive Package being mandatory. Members will be allowed to rent as many additional units for third parties as they show in their membership agreement without the All-Inclusive being mandatory. That is, each membership agreement allows for one rental week for a third party. Once they exceed this limit, guests will have to purchase the REFINE All-Inclusive Package. For example, if a member owns weeks 21 and 22, they will be allowed to rent up to two additional units for third parties without a mandatory All-Inclusive Package.
- If a Member of Royal Resorts exchanges their week(s) and gives it to a non-member third party via a Guest Certificate, said Guest will have optional access to the REFINE All-Inclusive Package. This policy is only valid if the Royal Resorts Member uses a Royal Resorts week for the exchange. If he/she uses a week which is not one of their Royal Resorts membership weeks, this courtesy cannot be granted. Only one Guest Certificate per Royal Resorts membership agreementis allowed. In other words, for each week owned, one Guest Certificate can be given to a non-member who will have optional access to the REFINE All-Inclusive Package.

HOW THE REFINE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE PROGRAM WORKS
The REFINE All Inclusive package will always be optional for all members registered in the membership agreement regardless of when or how they stay at the resort, in other words when staying in their membership unit, exchanging their unit for another one through an internal exchange or with an International Exchange company or when they rent additional units for their personal use.
All guests staying in a members unit with or without the member being present, in other words staying as an Owner Loan, also have optional access to the All-Inclusive package except for the case of International Exchange Guest Certificates, please see rule above in POLICIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS PURCHASING THE REFINE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
- The REFINE All-Inclusive package will be optional for all members of the resorts in the Caribbean with Systems by Royal Resorts. This includes all members registered in the membership agreement.
- The REFINE All-Inclusive package will be mandatory for non-members who rent at The Royal Sands or The Royal Haciendas through the Reservation Center or online travel agencies such as Expedia or Orbitz. The all-inclusive package is included in their daily accommodation rate and charged at market price.
- Timeshare owners with different companies outside Royal Resorts who exchange to vacation at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas through an international exchange company must purchase the all-inclusive package.
- The REFINE All-Inclusive package will only be available at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas, with the intention of rolling it out to other Royal Resorts in 2013.
GENERAL RESORT RULES
- REFINE All-Inclusive bracelets are issued per person and are non-transferable. The benefits and services that the wearer of the bracelet is entitled to may not be offered to anyone else.
- All-Inclusive service will be cancelled without the right to a refund if a guest is found to be misusing it. For example, in the event that a guest is found to be offering All-Inclusive services or products to someone who is not entitled to them, the REFINE All-Inclusive package will be automatically cancelled for him/her and all the registered guests in the room without a refund.
- Loss of the bracelet will incur a $150 US charge for a replacement. There are no exceptions to the rule.
- There is no charge for replacing damaged bracelets, as long as the bracelet issued at check in is presented and the number corresponds to that registered in the guest’s file.
Royal Resorts reserves the right to update and change these policies without prior notice.

THE REFINE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
- 7. If a Member loans or rents their units privately will the person they rent or loan to have to purchase the REFINE All-Inclusive Package?
No. The REFINE All-Inclusive Package will be optional for all guests staying in a members’ unit with or without the member being present, i.e. staying as an Owner Loan.
- 8. If a Member rents additional units will the Member have to purchase the REFINE All-Inclusive Package?
No, the REFINE All-Inclusive Package will be optional for Members unless they acquire the units through an online travel agency, i.e. Expedia, Orbitz.

RESORT AMBIANCE & SERVICES
- 14. Will the Resort Atmosphere change as a result of the REFINE All-Inclusive Package?
The resort atmosphere will not change. The quality standards we are known for will be maintained and we will continue to adhere to resort regulations and guidelines published in Resort Tips; as an example antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and management will reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to anyone who is visibly impaired. What will change is that more people will be enjoying the excellent quality and services provided at our restaurants and this will allow us to pass on discounts to our valued members and to benefit our staff.
- 15. Should I expect more people staying at the resort as a result of the REFINE All-Inclusive Package?
The resort facilities and amenities are designed to accommodate maximum occupancy. We do expect the program to bring more guests to the resorts. We look to increase our occupancy but only to a level where we can operate and manage the resorts and its services with the same quality standards.
- 16. How will my Annual Club Service Fee be impacted by the REFINE All-Inclusive Package?
Your annual Club Service Fee will not be affected in any way.

Members not participating in the REFINE All-Inclusive option will continue to receive the same high quality standards and value they experienced previously.

As in the regular hotel market, there is a wide range of all-inclusive offerings, from low budget properties all the way up to ultra-luxurious resorts with gourmet all-inclusive meal packages. Royal Resorts is internationally recognized as having some of the highest rated vacation ownership resorts in the world. It is our aim to provide an all-inclusive program that is always optional for Members, and that competes in the 4.5 to 5-star categories.
