Owner Loans

If you would like to lend your villa to family, friends or workmates, you may do so. The villa is yours for the interval you own. All you have to do is use the online Owner Loan program, here’s how it works:

• Only one reservation can be made per contract. For example, if you plan to lend your lock-off (sleeps 2) and your suite (sleeps 4) separately, this will have to be handled as a special request, in this case you need to contact the Owner Loan Department.
• You can complete an owner loan any time from 52 weeks to two days prior to arrival (check-in date).
• If less than two days out from the beginning of your week, please provide an authorization letter for your family/friends to present to front desk staff at check in.
• If you need to cancel a processed owner loan reservation 2 days prior to arrival, please contact the Owner Loan Department.
