Leave Cancún International Airport and follow the signs marked "Riviera Maya." Turn on to Highway 307 and travel south towards Playa del Carmen (68 km/42 mi). En route to The Royal Haciendas you'll drive through Puerto Morelos and past Playa Paraiso and Maroma. Keep a lookout for the green highway signs for The Royal Haciendas. The turnoff to the resort is clearly marked and the entrance is located 2 km (just over a mile) south of MayaKoba Golf Course and 1 km (just over half a mile) south of the Coca Cola plant, both of which are on the left-hand side of the highway.

It will take you between 30 and 40 minutes to reach The Royal Haciendas depending on the traffic.
