Getting to The Royal Haciendas®

Leave Cancún International Airport and follow the signs marked Riviera Maya.

Leave Cancún International Airport and follow the signs marked "Riviera Maya." Turn south on Highway 307 towards Playa del Carmen (68 km/42 mi). En route to The Royal Haciendas you'll drive through Puerto Morelos and past Playa Paraiso, Maroma, Mandarin Oriental and MayaKoba. Keep a lookout for the green highway signs for The Royal Haciendas. Shortly after you pass MayaKoba, you’ll see the Coca Cola plant on the left-hand side of the highway and a sign to The Royal Haciendas. Take the next turn and travel north along Highway 307. Leave the highway when you see the entrance to Grand Coral Beach and Golf Resort, go through the gate and follow the access road through the grounds (about two kilometers) to The Royal Haciendas. Grand Coral and The Royal Haciendas are located one kilometer (just over half a mile) south of the Coca Cola plant and approximately three kilometers north of Constituyentes Ave. in Playa del Carmen.

It will take you between 35 and 45 minutes to reach The Royal Haciendas depending on the traffic. We strongly recommend that you do not exceed the posted speed limits, both the Federal Highway Police and Municipal Police use radar to check speed and enforce the limits.
