What is the best way to get from the airport to Royal Resorts in Cancun and The Royal Haciendas? 
Thomas More offers a transfer service to the Royal Resorts in Cancun and The Royal Haciendas in the Riviera Maya.
Due to the large number of resort members who book with us, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM we have vans that go directly to the Royal Resorts without stopping at other hotels making your travel time shorter. This will not happen with other airport transfer providers.

 

Is there a shuttle service between the Cancun Resorts and The Royal Haciendas?
We have a shuttle running between the Cancun resorts and The Royal Haciendas.You can visit the tour desk in your resort to organize your day at The Royal Haciendas or Cancun Resorts.
Please ask your concierge about transport between the resorts during the week.

 

Is there a free shuttle service between Cancun Resorts?
There is a shuttle service that you can use to travel between the five clubs and enjoy the beaches, facilities and activities on offer. It’s free, convenient and operates throughout the day and evening. Time tables are ported in the motor lobby. No Saturday service.

 

Do you have shuttle service to playa del Carmen? …What are the hours of operation?
Transport is now available from The Royal Haciendas to Playa del Carmen. The Shuttle departs every two hours every day except Saturday.

Car rental
If you have planned to explore the surroundings, in the hotel you will find a car rental agency that will surely offer you a good plan. Parking lot is provided.

 

What kind of electrical outlets you have in the Resorts, do we need adaptors for electricity?
In Mexico you will find an electrical current of 110 Volts, 60 cycles AC. same as in the United States.

 

Is your water filtered or do you use bottled water? 
Our water is completely purified and softened within the Resorts.
Outside Royal Resorts we recommend to drink bottled water.

 

Do the Resort offers babysitting services?
Qualified babysitting services are available. Please contact the Operator 24 hours in advance for rates and reservations.

 

Do you offer all inclusive packages at the Royal Resorts?
We do not offer and all inclusive packages but you can enjoy your meals at any of our Restaurants in the Resorts. Prices are adequate and very competitive.

 

Which credit cards are accepted in Royal Resorts?
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD credit cards, traveler’s checks and cash.
We do not accept American Express, personal checks or Discover cards.

 

What is the Cancun weather forecast and weather condition?
The climate is tropical with an average temperature of 80 degrees F.

Average daily maximum and minimum temperatures by season:
January-March, 68-86°F (20-30°C)
April-June, 71-89°F (22-32°C)
July-September, 75-91°F (24-33°C)
October-December, 68-87°F (20-31°C)

Dry season is December through April .Rainy season runs May through November, but we enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year.

 

Do you have internet facilities in your resort?
Wireless connection is available at the Royal Resorts restaurants.
Computers are available in the store with hi-speed access.
The villas have dial-up access for people with their own computers.
There is a charge for this service. Please ask to the grocery store when you arrive.
