Hop on the Shuttle

Use the inter-resort bus service on your next trip to Cancun and enjoy the facilities at all five resorts or dinner at Captain's Cove and Hacienda Sisal. The shuttle is free and there are buses at regular intervals throughout the day and well into the evening. There is no service on Saturday.

Royal Resorts Shuttle
Please be advised that as of May 17, 2008 the shuttle service to Pok-ta-Pok Golf Club will be suspended. We recommend that you make your transport arrangements in advance if you are going to play golf. We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause.

Please contact us if you are staying at one of the Cancun Royal Resorts during the first part of your vacation but will be spending your final week at The Royal Haciendas or vice versa. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival for weekday arrivals and 48 hours in advance for weekend arrivals.

Royal Resorts recently took delivery of new and larger buses with ramps for wheelchair access. Please be advised that due to the size of the buses, the bus stop at The Royal Islander is now in the motor lobby. The shuttle station is no longer in use.
